Key Responsibilities
Pre-Tournament Time
- Follow and implement accreditation policies and procedures in order to set rules that establish boundaries, limits, zones, or fully describe the operations and/or services.
- Develop training materials (i.e. Accreditation manual, guidelines, etc.) and provide adequate training to Accreditation staff and volunteers in cooperation with FIFA Accreditation.
- Design/update the Accreditation zoning maps in accordance with FIFA/Q22 Venue Management and zone owners and make them available to all departments.
- Coordinate site inspections with FIFA representatives and zone owners in order to review and confirm the accreditation zoning previously drafted on maps.
- Coordinate with and support the Access Management Department regarding accreditation access control, including access control system testing.
- Plan and assure delivery of fully equipped Accreditation Centres (overlay, technology, power, lighting, FF&E) as per requirements set forth by FIFA.
- Plan the layout of accreditation facilities in accordance with FIFA Accreditation.
- Assist the Venue Accreditation Manager in the development of requirements, tender, selection, and management of suppliers for Accreditation consumables according to FIFA standards and timelines.
- Coordinate the Accreditation volunteer’s planning (numbers per shift, per facility, services).
Tournament Time
- Assist the Venue Accreditation Manager in the management and supervision of all the Accreditation Centres’ operations.
- Coordinate and supervise accreditation card printing & distribution.
- Support issue resolution activities in coordination with the FIFA and Q22 Accreditation Constituent Group team.
- Supervise roster management of the Accreditation volunteers working at the Accreditation Centres.
- Manage the accreditation consumable stock management for all accreditation facilities.
- Responsibilities of this role will evolve during the lifespan of the project and it is likely that the role profile will evolve with the changing needs of the tournament.
- Cover the Venue Accreditation Manager role in one of the official stadiums during the FIFA World Cup 2022™.
- Any other duties that may be required.
Qualifications
- University degree in an appropriate subject or adequate training/vocational education.
Experience
Project management:
- A minimum experience of 4-5 years in the international sporting events industry, preferably within the Accreditation sector. Experience in FIFA events is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and under pressure.
- Ability to use judgment to assess levels of risk and ability to implement mitigation measures.
- Ability to delegate responsibility and mentor junior project team members.
Team Management

The Spectator Services (SPS) function mission is to make all the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ spectators feel welcomed and ensure they have all the information and assistance they need in the stadiums, to have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Spectator Services (SPS) perform a wide range of services inside and around the stadiums focused on wayfinding, information, ushering, information points operation lost & found items, restricted items storage, children registration, and mobility assistance services. Spectator Services is also responsible for the consistent and high-quality approach to delivering the best spectator experience in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 stadiums™.
The Spectator Services Venue Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the SPS Venue Manager for the effective and consistent planning, readiness, and successful delivery of Spectator Services operations of a stadium. He/she will assist with the operations planning and delivery of one of the largest functional areas of the FIFA World Cup stadium.
This position will work closely with internal service providers and public stakeholders with whom they shall interact during the planning phase, to reach a top-level operational integration. We are looking for locally based candidates in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful planning and delivery of all Spectator Services operations and services for a specific stadium.
- Track the Spectator Services project plan, identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiencies and proactively communicate the project status, issues & risks to the Spectator Services Venue Manager.
- Oversees the resolution of the major issues of their stadium and escalates to the Spectator Services Operations Manager when appropriate.
- Ensure the effective planning and delivery of the stadiums’ spectator areas operations by working closely with Venue Management, Security, and other key functional areas.
- Analyze the tournament workforce requirements and oversee the SPS workforce management of their stadium.
- Ensures the effective planning and management of the SPS spaces, equipment, and technology requirements in their stadium.
- Responsible for delivering the Spectator Services operations training to SPS stadium paid staff, volunteers, and contractors.
- Works closely with the SPS Information team for the successful planning and delivery of stadium information point operations, the Lost & Found services, mobility assistance services, baby stroller storage, and other services in all the stadiums, as well as all the spectator information content and materials that will be produced.
- Lead the planning and delivery of other SPS-related projects as assigned by the Spectator Services Venue Manager or the SPS Central Management team.
- Any other duties that may be required.
Qualifications and experience
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in a relevant subject.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in events. It would be an advantage if you have experience in spectator/event services operations – crowd management, queue management, wayfinding and information, venue security, ticket validation, ushering, access control, spectator information, lost and found items management, accessibility services, and event safety.
- Experience in developing and documenting plans.
- Knowledge of operational and delivery elements of events.

Job Summary
· The Programme Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the Planning & Scheduling Team in creating and managing a Portfolio of FIFA World Cup Delivery Programmes.
· Ensure relevant updates are provided by all parties (e.g.: Sub-contractors, Project Managers, etc.) within agreed timescales, and verify the accuracy of updates. Challenging and resolving any areas of concern.
· Manage team of Planners to collect, verify, incorporate, and analyze weekly progress updates from multiple parties within demanding timescales.

· The Programme Senior Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Scheduling Manager, Expert, and Scheduling Specialist assigned to them to assist with each of the Delivery Programmes.
· Support relevant stakeholders, across all sites in accurately maintaining and updating the individual FIFA World Cup Delivery Programmes.
· Ensure relevant Dashboards are designed and maintained to Programme teams requirements, in coordination with the Reporting, Risk, and Systems Team. In order to provide Projects and Snr Leadership with regular performance reports.
· Liaise and provides planning and scheduling support to various projects, departments and functions in the Supreme Committee as required.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensuring effective planning, directing, and coordination of the FIFA World Cup Delivery Programmes, and the associated planning team members.
· Oversee and undertake updates of the FIFA World Cup Delivery Programmes. Monitoring weekly variances, and verifying their accuracy to inform decision-making.
· Assisting with reviewing and incorporating numerous turnkey sub-contractor’s schedules on appointments for the various schedules.
· Analyse and develop insights and commentary on the current FIFA World Cup Delivery Programmes data, identify trends, and issues and make observations and recommendations.
· Manage the Primavera / Microsoft Project / Smartsheet Schedules and ensure the accuracy of the Project updates and logic.
· Identifying and raising any early warnings in relation to Programme slippage, for the team to review prior to implementing recovery plans.

· Providing input for Reporting Team to undertake the creation of dashboards/trackers and other reporting tools
· Assisting in respect of matters relating to FIFA World Cup Delivery Programmes at interface meetings.
